Fred was born in VA and grew up in Chattanooga, TN. FCA was an important part of his high school and college life, offering him the opportunity to hear the testimonies of many collegiate and pro athletes. Fred is a graduate of MTSU, where he started at QB for three seasons. He met his cheerleader wife there, Suan from Florida, and they were married before their senior year.

After three years as an active duty Army officer, he and his family moved to Eustis, where Suan had grown up. After several business ventures, Fred has been employed by Essential Ingredients for the past 16 years.

He and Suan are blessed with three incredible grown children, three wonderful children in-law, and 8...soon to be 9 beautiful grandchildren.

Fred serves as an Elder at Trinity Church in Eustis and loves to lead men in Bible study! Joshua 1:9
